Physiotherapists’ Attitude Towards Professionalism

Objective: To find out the attitude of physiotherapists towards their profession and to assess quality professionalism in physiotherapists.
 Study Design: Cross-sectional study.
 Place Duration Study: Private government physiotherapy setups Lahore, Pakistan, from Oct 2019 Dec 2019.
 Methodology: 312 physical therapists were recruited study. A modified standard questionnaire by American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) was used for data collection. Data analyzed using SPSS 22.0.
 Results: In current study, participants included, which 54.2% male 45.8% female therapists. Their mean age 26.27 ± 2.15 years. The average score 270.56 22.27. Quality professionalism, measured 5 (1.60%), 14 (4.5%), 106 (34%), 148 (47.44%), 39 (12.50%) as poor, fair, good, excellent respectively.
 Conclusion: majority showed a borderline positive very few had negative professionalism. Moreover, good observed prominently most physiotherapists, whereas, minority them portrayed bad poor
